The short version. We collect your email and whether you're subscribed. Payments go straight to Stripe, so we never see your card. Files you upload are processed in your browser and never reach our servers. We don't sell your data, and we don't run ads.

To run your account, unlock what you paid for, email you about billing (trial ending, payment failed, receipts), respond when you contact us, and keep the Service secure and working. That is all. We won't email you marketing you didn't ask for, and any optional email we do send has an unsubscribe link.
We don't sell your personal information. We share only what's necessary with the providers that run the Service:

We may also disclose information if legally required, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We use only what's necessary to keep you logged in and remember your plan. No advertising cookies, no cross site tracking, no outside ad pixels. Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. See Stripe's privacy policy for that.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
Email support@slatesignaldfs.com and we'll handle it within 30 days. No hoops. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional statutory rights. We'll honour those too, and we won't discriminate against you for exercising them.
Payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 provider. The site runs over HTTPS. We keep the data we hold to a minimum, which is the most effective security measure available: we can't leak what we never collected.
That said, no system is perfectly secure. If we ever suffer a breach affecting your data, we'll tell you promptly and plainly.
The Service is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and notify subscribers by email. We won't quietly start collecting more than we said we would.
